This is a 2-day safari from Zanzibar to witness the elephants and ancient baobab trees of Tarangire and search for the elusive Big Five in the Ngorongoro Crater. In Ngorongoro, you will wonder how the Maasai and the wildlife share the same resources without harming each other! We will provide you with mineral water, a 4×4 pop-up roof Land Cruiser, and binoculars.
Day 01 : Zanzibar – Arusha – Tarangire National Park
07:30 AM: Flight from Zanzibar to Arusha Airport (arrive 09:30 AM)
09:45 AM: Pick-up by professional safari guide in a 4×4 Land Cruiser
10:30 AM – 5:00 PM: Full-day game drive in Tarangire National Park
Famous for large elephant herds, ancient baobabs, and diverse wildlife
Evening: Drive to Karatu, check-in at Farm of Dreams Lodge
Dinner & Overnight at the lodge
Day 02 : Ngorongoro Crater – Zanzibar
06:00 AM: Early breakfast and depart for Ngorongoro Crater
07:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Crater game drive – see lions, rhinos, elephants, flamingos & more
Picnic Lunch inside the crater
2:30 PM: Transfer to Arusha Airport
7:20 PM: Flight back to Zanzibar
